Return Policy

We offer a hassle-free 30-day exchange and return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, include all accessories and in its original packaging. 

To start a return:

Step 1. Please contact us at support@smirly.com and state the reason for return with the order number. 

Step 2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

Step 3. Print out the label and mail in the package. Please send the item back to us within 30 days to be eligible for a refund.

Step 4. Once the returned item arrives back in the warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 7-10 business days.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
